GTA provided construction and landscape planting observation services during stream and wetland mitigation construction work for the restoration of approximately 1,200 LF of an unnamed tributary to Honey Run and the creation of approximately 0.31 acres of emergent wetland habitat. Implementation of the work is to fulfill the property owner’s compensation requirements per the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Permit and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protections’ Permit for stream and wetland impacts associated with development of a 1MSF warehouse on the same property and follows the Stream and Wetland Mitigation Plan prepared by GTA.
