GTA provided a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, as well as subsurface exploration, laboratory analysis, and geotechnical engineering to evaluate the subsurface conditions and provide preliminary recommendations for the development of a planned 1,391,600-SF distribution facility. GTA is currently providing construction observation and testing services for a 0.5-mile roadway for future access to the distribution facility.
