About

A 3.35-acre site in Greenville consisting of 15 single- to two-story residential houses is planned for redevelopment. Plans include removing the existing buildings and pavement areas. A townhome community to consist of six townhome buildings of two- to three-stories in height with a total of 36 units is proposed. GTA performed a geotechnical subsurface exploration for the existing neighborhood. Soil test borings and Cone Penetrometer Test (CPT) soundings and limited laboratory testing were performed to evaluate the subsurface soil conditions. GTA prepared a preliminary geotechnical engineering report providing our preliminary conclusions and recommendations regarding foundation support, slab support, site grading, paving and utility construction.
