This award-winning community of villages, centered around a 210-acre lake, features plans for over 6,000 single-family, multi-family, and townhome units, and 200,000 SF of retail space. GTA’s role has included geotechnical exploration and engineering, environmental consulting, and construction observation and testing (COT) services for the residential units, commercial building pads, and infrastructure within this mixed-use development.  Remediation recommendations and observation services have been provided by GTA to multiple clients for remediation of sinkholes. GTA provided natural resource planning and is currently providing COT services for a new bridge on Eaglehead Drive which consists of twin 25-foot arch culverts and the associated concrete structures and infrastructure.  GTA is also currently providing 3rd party utility inspection services for Frederick County for the related relocated waterline.
