About
GTA provided a geotechnical subsurface exploration, laboratory analysis, and geotechnical engineering to evaluate the subsurface conditions and provide preliminary recommendations for the development of Phase 1. Phase 1 consists of 116 townhomes, SWM facility, site retaining walls, and subsurface utilities. GTA is currently providing construction observation and testing services for the project.
