Brian Awckland has 21 years of experience providing COT services with GTA. He was integral in opening the Wilkes-Barre office in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing specialized COT services performed by the office.

Robert Magyar is a geotechnical engineer, licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, and has been with GTA since graduating from Penn State University in 2013. He oversees geotechnical engineering and construction observation and testing and special inspection services projects performed by our Abingdon, MD location.
