This expansion marks an exciting milestone for our company as we join our esteemed clients and partners in DC. The office enhances our ability to meet the Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Consulting, and Construction Observation and Testing (COT) needs of clients throughout the DC Metro area. Like most GTA locations, this office will also feature a state-of-the-art geotechnical and COT lab.

Scott Taylor, P.E., is Principal-In-Charge of this new office and is the head of Geotechnical Consulting services. Theresa Gabris, P.G., was recently hired as an Associate to manage the DC office’s Environmental Consulting services. Matthew Hartman, a veteran Associate, is managing COT services.
