About
GTA conducted a geotechnical subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis to assess site conditions and deliver preliminary recommendations for the Phase 1 development. This phase includes the construction of 116 townhomes, a stormwater management (SWM) facility, site retaining walls, and subsurface utility infrastructure. In addition, GTA provided construction observation and testing services to support the successful execution of the project.
