GTA provided construction observation and testing services for site work and vertical construction for the multi-family residential development located on 50 acres comprising seven 4-story apartment buildings with shallow foundations, a one-story 6,957-SF clubhouse building, a 1,652-SF fitness center/pool pavilion, a one-story pool pavilion, a one-story 12-bay maintenance garage building, and 14 one-story 6-bay garage buildings. GTA also provided 3rd party inspections for the non-Threshold buildings, and firestopping inspections for the clubhouse building.
