The four-story, 83,000-SF office building with first floor retail at 2100 S. Tryon Street is in a prime location in the vibrant South End District of Charlotte, on the corner of Tremont and South Tryon. GTA provided geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and special inspections for the steel structure building and its surrounding site. A geo-pier foundation system was also designed and its installation monitored by experienced GTA staff.
